Vision

P. Scott Neville's vision as an Appellate Court Justice is to serve Cook County's citizens by resolving disputes fairly and expeditiously.

He states, "In sum, I have never forgotten my roots, and understand, as if it were encoded in my DNA, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s declaration" that, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."

Justice Neville is a jurist who "minds the gap" by insuring that all litigants receive all the process that they are due.
